This is an English translation provided for convenience. ConvertAI is a Mexican service and this policy is issued under Mexican law; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, applicable in the United Mexican States.
1. Data controller
ConvertAI (hereinafter "ConvertAI", "we" or "the Platform"), domiciled for the purposes of this policy in Mexico, is responsible for the processing of the personal data we collect from our users.

2. Personal data we collect
We collect the following personal data:
2.1 Data provided directly by the user
- Registration data: email address, password (stored encrypted), user name and company name.
- Contact data: phone number (optional, provided voluntarily).
- Business data: information about your company, products, services, sales process and commercial strategy that you provide during onboarding and AI training.
- Lead data: information about your commercial contacts (name, phone, email, notes) that you enter into the Platform.
2.2 Data collected automatically
- Usage data: interactions with the Platform, features used, frequency of use.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies that are essential to the operation of the Platform (authentication, session preferences). We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.
2.3 WhatsApp data
ConvertAI integrates with WhatsApp to facilitate commercial communication. It's important that you know:
- ConvertAI does not permanently store the content of your WhatsApp conversations on our servers.
- Messages are processed temporarily to generate AI suggestions and are discarded after processing.
- The connection to WhatsApp is made through your own session, as if you were using WhatsApp Web.
- You are responsible for the content of the messages you send through the Platform.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
3.1 Primary purposes (necessary to provide the service)
- Create and administer your user account.
- Provide the Platform's features: CRM, AI message generation, lead follow-up, analytics.
- Personalize the experience and train the AI model with your business information.
- Process payments and manage billing.
- Send communications related to your account (email verification, service notifications, changes to terms).
- Provide technical support and customer service.
3.2 Secondary purposes (not necessary, but legitimate)
- Send information about new features, promotions or content relevant to your use of the Platform.
- Perform aggregated and anonymous statistical analysis to improve the service.
- Contact you to request feedback about the service.
You may object to the processing of your data for secondary purposes at any time by sending an email to hola@convertai.net with the subject "Objection to secondary purposes".
4. Data transfers
ConvertAI may transfer your personal data to the following entities:
- Infrastructure providers: hosting and cloud storage services, located in the United States, to operate the Platform.
- Payment processing providers: authorized payment processors to handle transactions.
- Artificial intelligence providers: AI model providers for message generation. The data sent is limited to the context necessary to generate the response and is not used to train third-party models.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. ARCO rights
In accordance with the LFPDPPP, you have the right to:
- Access: know what personal data we hold about you and how we process it.
- Rectification: request the correction of your personal data when it is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Cancellation: request the deletion of your personal data when you consider it is not required for any of the stated purposes.
- Objection: object to the processing of your personal data for one or more purposes.

- Your full name and the email address associated with your account.
- The right you wish to exercise and a clear description of your request.
- Any document proving your identity.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from the date of receipt.
6. Security measures
ConvertAI implements administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized access, including:
- Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
- Passwords stored with an irreversible cryptographic hash.
- Complete data isolation between different users' accounts.
- Access to personal data restricted to authorized personnel only.
- Continuous security monitoring of the infrastructure.
7. Use of the Platform by minors
ConvertAI is not directed at people under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Modifications will be published on this same page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States, including the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.
For any dispute arising from this policy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City.
